Entry Level

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Houseman.

At Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, every detail contributes to the overall guest experience. In this role, you support the housekeeping operation by ensuring all public areas, service areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Your work behind the scenes plays an essential role in delivering the comfort, quality, and consistency our guests expect.

Working in a dynamic environment, you assist with daily housekeeping operations, ensuring supplies are well-stocked, areas are prepared, and standards are consistently upheld throughout the resort.

Expectations

You take pride in maintaining clean, organized, and well-prepared spaces, understanding the importance of consistency and attention to detail. You work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, remaining reliable and focused while managing physical tasks throughout your shift.

You are a team player who communicates clearly and supports colleagues across the department when needed. At the same time, you are comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and ensuring assigned areas meet the resort's high standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or customer service is an advantage
Basic communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Comfortable using technology and digital tools as required in daily operations
Physically able to perform tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate to heavy loads
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Flexible and comfortable working shifts (AM/PM), including weekends and holidays
