Cook
We are looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our Culinary team. If you are dedicated to creating exquisite dishes and providing an outstanding dining experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Prepare ingredients for use, including slicing, cutting, chopping, mixing, and seasoning.
- Cook and prepare high-quality dishes that meet the highest quality standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef wherever needed.
- Ensure all food consistently meets the highest standards.
- Attend to the detail and presentation of each order.
- Be familiar with special dietary needs.
- Maintain a hands-on approach with a flexible schedule.
Expectations
- A skilled Cook with a practical mind and great attention to detail
- Ability to prepare ingredients by following recipes ensuring taste and presentation are exceptional.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- No 9-5 mentality; willing to be hands-on and flexible.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a comparable position in a fine dining establishment.
- Qualification from a culinary school.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
- Passion for great food and excellent service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety.
- Valid Health Certificate.
