We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to join our team as an Engineering Administrator (Part-Time, Temporary).

At Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, excellence is found in every detail. In this role, you will support the Engineering team in maintaining the impeccable standards our guests experience every day, ensuring smooth coordination of maintenance activities, accurate documentation, and well-organized operations behind the scenes. Working closely with the Chief of Engineering, your contribution will help sustain the comfort, quality, and consistency that define the Bucuti experience.

You bring a natural sense of organization and take pride in keeping things structured, accurate, and running smoothly. You approach your work with ownership and a proactive mindset, anticipating needs and following through with care.

You communicate clearly and professionally, building positive working relationships across teams and with external partners. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, while maintaining attention to detail and a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience required; experience within hospitality or a maintenance environment is an advantage
Comfortable working with systems and technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Experience with ALICE or similar systems is considered an asset
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Papiamento, Dutch, or Spanish are a plus
General understanding of maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is an advantage
