We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and bright individual who excels with numbers to join our Front Office team as Night Auditor. Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences. As the Night Auditor you will be responsible for the overnight audit process and accounting functions handling all internal control items for the resort and restaurant, to ensure that all possible revenue is captured while maintaining proper records and guest satisfaction. Responsible for the overall operations and appearance of the Front Desk; providing a friendly and efficient check-in/out process, telephone service and offer assistance to our guests ensuring their satisfaction at all times.

EXPECTATIONS
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in English; Italian, German or other European language is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent sales skills

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position with Hotel Operations
- Degree in relevant field is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Proficiency in English; Italian, German or other European language is a plus
