Food & Beverage Coordinator
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and bright individual to join our Food & Beverage team.
The F&B Coordinator supports the daily administration and operation of the Food & Beverage department by coordinating Timeclock and payroll-related follow-ups, event management and organization, guest-facing support, service and culinary communication, and stepping into operational roles such as hostess when needed.
The F&B Coordinator will additionally support the department with tracking and controlling purchases, equipment inventory management, general organizational and administrative tasks, and bi-weekly menu calibration.
EXPECTATIONS
- Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences
- Experience in a similar role with administrational duties
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other related software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and strong ability to multi-task
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Strong attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or GED, an Associate degree is a plus
- Customer service oriented
- High energy, friendly, outgoing personality with strong professional interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English; other European languages such as Italian and/or German are a plus
- Tech-savvy
- Must be flexible, able to work in shifts (AM/PM), weekends, and holidays
- Valid Health Certificate is a plus
