We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented individual to join our Beach Team as a Beach Attendant.

At Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, the beach is an essential part of the guest experience. In this role, you will create a welcoming, seamless environment for our guests, ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and personalized service throughout their stay on Eagle Beach. Your presence, attention to detail, and genuine care will directly contribute to the relaxed, refined atmosphere our guests value.

Expectations

You have a natural sense of hospitality and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences for others. You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting beach environment, ensuring that chairs, towels, and guest amenities are always prepared to the highest standard.

You are attentive and proactive, anticipating guest needs and supporting food and beverage service in a timely and professional manner. You communicate clearly and courteously, maintaining a calm, patient, and positive attitude in a dynamic outdoor setting. Above all, you understand that every interaction contributes to the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages such as Italian or German are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working outdoors and remaining active throughout the shift, including on beach sand and in the sun
Team-oriented with a proactive and reliable work ethic
Flexible and comfortable working shifts (AM/PM), including weekends and holidays
A valid health certificate is required
