We are looking for a bright, outgoing, and talented individual with a passion for motivating teams and able to push and exceed guests' expectations. Someone who has an exceptional eye for detail and who can work efficiently under pressure.

EXPECTATIONS

Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in all four languages (English & Spanish is a must)
Impeccable attention to detail
Natural problem solver
Creative in order to improve department procedures
Motivate, guide, and teach teammates and foster development and performance
Delivers plans and objectives to reach department targets
Accountable that costs and inventory are controlled
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pull, lift and push moderate to heavyweight

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in housekeeping and customer service is a plus
Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a lead-by-example attitude
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to navigate and work with different systems on various softwares
Must be flexible, able to work in shifts (AM / PM), weekends, and holidays
