As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for technology needs across the resort. Whether you’re preparing a workstation, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, restoring access, or helping a guest connect a device, you’ll provide fast, friendly, and professional support.

What You’ll Do

As IT Support Specialist, you’ll manage the resort’s helpdesk and provide first-line technical support to associates and guests.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and documenting IT requests through our ALICE ticketing system.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts, networks, and Microsoft 365.
  • Supporting guest-room technology, including Wi-Fi, televisions, tablets, telephones, and streaming services.
  • Installing and maintaining computers, printers, mobile devices, and workstations.
  • Supporting hotel systems, including the property management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintaining accurate IT equipment inventory and organized storage areas.
  • Escalating complex issues and ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Assisting with technology rollouts, testing, preventive maintenance, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Participating in the resort’s on-call support schedule.

  • Skilled at explaining technical matters in simple language.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across departments.
  • Curious about technology and motivated to continue learning.
  • Flexible and available when support is needed outside regular office hours.

Qualifications

  • MBO-level education, preferably in ICT or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk, service desk, or IT support role.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and network environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Experience with hotel systems, ticketing platforms, or cybersecurity practices is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required. Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamento is highly valued.
  • Availability to participate in an on-call schedule.
