We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and bright individual to join our Sandbar Team. Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences.

As a bartender, you are responsible for the quality of beverage service according to our highest standards while assuring excellent service to both our guests and internal customers.

EXPECTATIONS
- Experienced bartender with knowledge of serving liquors and wines
- Extensive knowledge about the various types of liquors, and ingredients used in mixed drinks and wines, as well as the proper method of serving these
- Experience in customer service and hospitality
- Proficiency in English; other European languages such as Italian/German are a plus
- Interacting and assisting guests, taking orders, and making guests feel taken care of
- Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Strong attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position required
- Passion for hospitality and excellent service
- Relevant degree or certifications as a certified bartender are a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of liquors and wines as well as the proper method of serving these
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP Food Safety procedures
- Must have a valid Health Certificate
- Must be flexible, able to work weekends and holidays
