• Writing exceptional press releases, articles, blogs, newsletters, speeches, website copy, and other brand communications.
• Building and nurturing relationships with international media, journalists, editors, influencers, and luxury travel partners.
• Securing earned media coverage in leading travel, luxury, wellness, sustainability, and lifestyle publications.
• Hosting journalists, influencers, VIP guests, and trade partners during on-property visits.
• Representing Bucuti & Tara at international trade shows, sales missions, industry events, and community engagements.
• Leading the resort's organic social media storytelling and content creation.
• Protecting and strengthening the resort's distinctive brand voice across every communication.
• Supporting award submissions and promoting industry recognitions worldwide.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to deliver a consistent brand experience across every channel.

• A gifted writer with outstanding storytelling skills.
• Naturally charismatic, engaging, and confident when meeting new people.
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Curious, creative, and always looking for the next story worth telling.
• Equally comfortable interviewing a guest, writing a press release, hosting a journalist, or presenting at an international trade show.
• Highly organized and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments.
• An ambassador who represents the Bucuti & Tara brand with professionalism, warmth, and authenticity.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in public relations, communications, journalism, content creation, or luxury hospitality.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Demonstrated success in media relations and securing earned media coverage.
• Experience creating engaging content across multiple communication channels.
• Experience hosting media, VIP guests, or industry partners is highly desirable.
• Experience representing a brand at trade shows, presentations, or industry events is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages such as Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, or Papiamento are highly valued.
• Affinity with luxury travel, wellness, sustainability, and romance brands is strongly preferred.
