We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Turndown Room Attendant. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our guests by delivering high-quality turndown service in the rooms assigned to you, ensuring each room is refreshed, tidy, and welcoming upon guests' return in the evening.

As a Turndown Room Attendant, you will interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner, and assist with questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to perform well under pressure, and committed to maintaining Bucuti & Tara's high standards at all times. Guest service comes naturally to you, and you take pride in creating warm, memorable, and exceptional guest experiences. Training will be provided, and a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key to success in this role.

Expectations
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment is preferred
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining impeccable room presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure while consistently delivering high standards
- Physically able to perform the duties in the role, including lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate to heavy weight

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
- Comfortable using basic technology to support daily operations
- Must be flexible, able to work in shifts (AM / PM), weekends, and holidays
