Doorman Full Time (M/F)

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and bright individual to join our Front Office team as Doorman. As Doorman you are the first person to extend a warm smile and greeting to our guests arriving to make them feel at home.
Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences. 

EXPECTATIONS

- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; other European language is a plus
- Ability to pull, lift and push moderate to heavy weight
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Strong attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in customer service required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English, other European language such as Italian and/or German are a plus
- Must be flexible, able to work in shifts (AM / PM), weekends and holidays
