Engineering Technician

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and bright individual to join our Engineering Team. Our Engineering team is responsible for keeping our resort in immaculate shape, including guestrooms, public area's as well as F&B areas. As a Technician, you are a hands-on person with exceptional knowledge of the workings of the resort's engineering needs.

EXPECTATIONS
- Preferably with experience in customer service
- HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, and or plumbing experience required
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- A problem-solver who is solution-oriented with a customer focus orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior relevant work experience is required; experience with hotel operations is a plus
- Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English; Papiamento, Dutch, and Spanish are a plus
- Tech-savvy
- Must be flexible, able to work in shifts (AM/PM), weekends, and holidays
