Entry Level

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and bright individual to join our Maintenance Team. Our Maintenance team is responsible for keeping our resort in immaculate shape, including guestrooms, public areas, and F&B areas. As a Technician, you are hands-on and have exceptional knowledge of the resort's maintenance needs.

EXPECTATIONS
- Preferably with experience in customer service
- HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, and or plumbing experience required
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- A problem-solver who is solution-oriented with a customer focus orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior relevant work experience is required; experience with hotel operations is a plus
- Degree in Maintenance/Engineering or relevant field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English; Papiamento, Dutch, and Spanish are a plus
- Tech-savvy
- Must be flexible, able to work in shifts (AM/PM), weekends, and holidays
