We are seeking a warm, attentive, and service-driven professional to join our team as a Host/Hostess at Elements Restaurant.

At Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, the dining experience begins and ends with you. As the first and last point of contact, you create a welcoming and memorable impression for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. With a natural sense of hospitality and professionalism, you manage reservations with precision and care, ensuring a seamless flow of service while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Working with both internal and external reservation systems, you coordinate seating efficiently and thoughtfully. You handle guest inquiries with confidence and attention to detail, whether in person, by phone, or via email, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of the Bucuti experience.

Expectations

You bring a genuine passion for hospitality and take pride in creating meaningful guest interactions. You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage reservations and multiple priorities with ease while maintaining a calm and professional presence.

You communicate clearly and confidently across all channels and are comfortable handling guest requests with care and efficiency. Your proactive approach enables you to anticipate needs, support the flow of service, and contribute to a positive, memorable dining experience. Above all, you are committed to excellence and understand the impact your role has on guest satisfaction and the resort's overall reputation.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; an Associate degree is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with administrative or reservation responsibilities
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages such as Italian or German are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
Comfortable working with systems and technology (reservation platforms experience is an asset)
Professional, confident, and service-oriented demeanor
Flexible and comfortable working shifts (AM/PM), including weekends and holidays
A valid health certificate is required
